About Liz Toussaint

If you are here by accident and just wanted to see who I am, that's my picture to the right of this message (If you're on a desktop, its above on your mobile device).  I am Muniefa.  My name is Liz Toussaint.  #IYKYK. I do a lot.  I am multifaceted and I'm learning to integrate all of the ways that I show up in the world.  The one way I show up that I love most, is helping people.  If money was no object, I'd do it for free.  So, I've decided to start, doing it for free.  No catch.  Because that's what I appreciate.  Direct communication!  If you are like me, you've struggled understanding how to progress in life or how to use the law of attraction, because the processes are not clear, or immediately tangible.  It's probably because you have special nuances like me.  I had to learn my own nuances before I could move from working pay check to pay check, limiting my experiences due to self judgement and feeling like I shouldn't allow myself to do what I really want because of what other people may feel or say about it.

 

For all of my life I've been a sounding board for my friends and family.  As I got older, I found myself watching the people around me improve their lives based on an experience I had shared with them and how I successfully moved through it.

 

This journey of self awareness has sent me down a road I never even imagined.  However, I feel the best in my body on this earth and in my general being when I'm showing up in this particular energy.  It's even more satisfying than performing the music I create. (I know, I was shocked too!)  So, I began to learn to follow my heart, and allow it to lead me.  That's how I made the decision to become a Certified Life Coach.  A Certified Intuitive Life Coach to be exact.  I trained with wonderful people at the Coaching Guild, who helped me feel more confident in my gifts.

 

I feel supported in my methods because I have been given the background and science behind the lessons that came to me while in meditation.  I didn't feel comfortable before now because I'm one of those people who needed validation.  That sounds like a bad thing doesn't it?  People use it as a weapon to disgrace others, but if that is your truth, then figure out how you can use it constructively. 

(I also have a fix for needing unhealthy validation). 

 

The validation I received from my coaching training gave me confidence to do what I'm doing now.  Sharing my story with you.  People who have met me would not believe this about me but, I'm very bashful.  That is something I have moved through in my life (I'm over stage fright) however it's still an energy that lingers in my subconscious, but now I acknowledge it as "constructive advice" from my inner thoughts.  I'm no longer "frozen" with fear, disabling me from moving forward and showing up as my whole self.

 

This is who I am.  I have conversations with myself, I am guided by my intuition.  I learned to listen to my own guidance system, and I hope to share what I have learned with people who are ready to stop getting hard lessons from life, and take responsibility for the outcomes of their choices.
